Aaron Mendez- (Team Leader and Lead Buyer and Listing Specialist ) As the Team Leader, Aaron oversees the day to day operations of the Team. Aaron started his real estate career as the Marketing Director for another profitable real estate consultant and quickly discovered how to properly market and get homes SOLD! With his extensive marketing background and hands on training he became licensed and realized that this business is all about thinking outside the box. In a business where “change” is not always accepted, Aaron realized that to stay ahead of the game in this business he needed to adapt to the ever changing methods of buying and selling homes by building a team of professionals all with similar values and work ethics. With huge advancements in technology is the recent years, Aaron has realized that his team needs to strive to always be one step ahead of the game. “Customer Service is the MOST important aspect of our business…because without it…there is NO business!” Since it’s creation, Aaron has made sure that the team meets weekly to train, discuss and create new and better ways to offer the highest quality service to all clients so that they feel comfortable referring their friends, family and co-workers to the team!
Kevin Kem- (Buyer Specialist/Media Manager) With a background in Audio/Video Production, Kevin is always striving to find new ways to offer the highest amount of customer service and awareness to our clients. Kevin oversees all aspects of video shoots, professional audio recording, and digital content that is used to market and promote the team’s image and standing in the local community.
Becky Ward- (Transaction Coordinator) With many years of experience in Real Estate as a transaction coordinator, Becky is one of the most experienced around. From the signing of the contract, to the close of escrow, Becky’s primary roles include: handling all paperwork associated with the transaction, scheduling appointments, overseeing all details of the purchase and sale agreement, set up a calendar for tasks and deadlines, and makes sure all documents are in order prior to the close of escrow. Becky ensures that all team members are apprised of the status of the transaction and that everyone is aware and prepared to play their role in the overall process. She is an important part of the team and helps to uphold the image of great customer service.
Megan Dragon- (Assistant) As Aaron’s assistant, Megan oversees the Customer Satisfaction of each and every client that the Team comes in contact with. Her primary role is to “WOW” clients with amazing customer service so that they feel that they are engaged in an “enjoyable experience” and NOT just another Real Estate transaction. Megan’s motto has always been: “Under promise and Over Deliver”. For that reason alone, clients come back again and again to receive arguably the BEST service in the industry. The Team prides itself on the fact that nearly 80% of our business is from referrals from past clients, friends, and family and Megan is one of the main reasons why. It is Megan’s job to make sure that, as our client, you are NOT just one in the crowd but rather the life-blood of our business!
Julie Tessier- (Marketing and Administration Manager) After running a few successful businesses, Julie has found her way into the Real Estate business where she loves the direct interaction with clients. While overseeing the team, Julie focuses on all aspects of the team’s marketing and business functions. She upholds the business model and keeps everyone on the same track to complete goals in a timely manner. She determines our strengths and weaknesses and ensures that we correct any known problems so that we keep the whole team running like a well-oiled machine.
